Fine Art

The easiest way to support my work is to purchase from this link. You can find exactly what you need in the best size and frame.

I want my work available to all. Art should be in all homes. SOOO… the most affordable prints of my work are the digital downloads on Etsy. You download the work, have it printed at your local shop, and frame it in a frame you find. (Thrift stores often have super finds!)

Portraits

Portraits begin with a session fee of 350.00. (Ask about discounts or voucher programs.) The session includes a consultation, planning, make up, hair, wardrobe, production, editing, printing, and matting. Packages are available separately but no further purchase is required.

  • Packages begin at 1,140.00.

  • A la carte pricing is available for single images beginning at 165.00.

  • All images are printed.

  • Note: Influencer rates are considered contractual commercial accounts and billed as below but each project is different so your rates may be different.


Commercial

My pricing for commercial work is by day rate or is contractual.

Compensation Average Rates – Per Project.

Each Project is profiled differently and fees will vary by project please contact Nancy to discuss your project.

  • Photography - 1,400.00 day rate. Includes simple editing.

  • Half-day rate - 850.00 includes simple editing.

  • Post production, retouch, photo editing is billed at $85.00 per hour.

  • Writing – $170.00 by job rate for content production includes editing and copy-editing. Ghost writing is on a per project basis.

Important Project Notes:

  • Photography Date Rate includes actual time engaged in studio set up, lighting, make up or food prep, photography, and set styling.

  • Simple editing includes squaring walls, color/light adjustments, and zapping a zit. It does NOT include Frequency Separation, background replacement, and other advanced editing tools. Those are billed at post production rates.

  • Photographic Usage fees are billed separately and have an additional agreement governing the use and placement of photographic output.

  • Make-up artists billed separately.

  • Client is responsible for all product shipping rates and insurances on products, including return labels for return shipping.

  • Terms - Net 30.

Compensation Rates Annual Contracts

Contracts are based by time and not by project. They include access to all services at a flat rate, which provides comparable services to a full service, in-house marketing and branding manager complete with staff of photographer, editor, writer, and editor.  

Sample yearly contact terms:

Client might receive a minimum of 180 hours per year or 15 hours per month at the rate of $XXX.00 per hour depending on the job. The hourly rate is flexible depending on many factors. The hourly rate will be applied to the minimum hours and divided into 12 monthly payments. ($XXX.00 x 180= $XX,000 divided by 12 = $XXXX.00. At the end of each quarter, any billable hours in excess of the agreed total shall be paid at the rate of $XXX.00 and applied against the total annual amount. The monthly draw and quarterly reconciliation shall continue until the annual amount has been paid. After that, a rate of $XXX.00 per hour shall be paid monthly. 

Contractual Notes:

  • Any and all travel expenses incurred on behalf of the client and all supplies, props, models, and their related costs, and/or any shipping costs will be reimbursed by the client. Any overnight or full day travel expenses will be billed separately at the rate of 10 hours per day. Net 30.

  • No additional buy-out, usage, or licensing fees.
